Each D-Vitum Forte Max capsule contains 100 µg of vitamin D, which represents 2000% of the recommended daily dose for an adult. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. For this reason, the D-Vitum Forte Max capsule is filled with cold-pressed linseed oil. Thanks to this, the preparation can be taken regardless of the meal.

The vitamin D used in the D-Vitum Forte Max food supplement comes from lanolin from sheep's wool, and the linseed oil is pressed directly at the Oleofarm production plant. Importantly, flax oil ( Linum usitatissimum L.) is a valuable source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid.

Vitamin D is involved in many processes that take place in the body:

• helps the immune system to function properly,
• supports the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth,
• contributes to the proper functioning of the muscles,
• helps in the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and in maintaining the proper level of calcium in the blood;
