The recommended initial daily dose (6 capsules) contains:
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 558 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 174 mg
- GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 60 mg
The recommended daily maintenance dose (2 capsules) contains:
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 186 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 58 mg
- GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 20 mg
Recommended dose:
Initial Supplement:
When using EQUAZEN for the first time, to ensure body saturation, it is recommended to take 6 capsules per day with meals for the first 3 months.
Maintenance Supplement:
3 months after the start of use, the daily dose can be reduced to 2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not exceed the recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day.
Contraindications:

The capsules are small, and my son can swallow them easily.
We’re still in the very early stages of taking them, so I can’t say much about the final results yet.
In any case, however, we’re already seeing small improvements in his concentration, though so far only during his free time.
I’ll post an update once we’ve been taking the supplement for at least 3 months.
I also give it for my child because of concentration problems, irritability and busy behavior. I do buy it directly in Poland.
