DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. Beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

Recommended daily intake

Children 5 years and older and adults: 2 capsules daily. Swallow capsules whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush capsules. Best taken 30 minutes before a meal.
