Humana 1 Optimum is an infant milk indicated from the first bottle:

as an exclusive food (if not breastfed)

as a supplement when breast milk is not sufficient
in combination with breastfeeding.

Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life is ideal for your baby. When breastfeeding is not possible or insufficient, consult your pediatrician about introducing infant formula into your baby's diet. Starting bottle feeding may have negative effects on breastfeeding.

Dosage
Follow the instructions in the table with the recommended dosage of powder and water, unless your doctor advises you otherwise.

This corresponds to one level teaspoon (4.5 g) per 30 ml of water.

Instructions for use
1. Boil the water, let it cool to approximately 50°C and pour half of the amount into a clean bottle.

2. Fill the measuring cup included in the package well and add the required amount of powder to the bottle.

3. Close the bottle and shake immediately, then add the remaining water and shake again.

4. Fill the cup and check the temperature (37°C).

Precautions
Follow the preparation instructions carefully when preparing baby food.

Clean the bottle and teat.

Prepare fresh food for each meal and feed it to your baby immediately.

Do not save leftovers for later.

Preparation mistakes can have adverse effects on your baby's health.

Do not heat the milk in the microwave (risk of burns).

Storage - Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place, at a temperature of up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Incorrect storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, humidity and storage in freezing conditions, may cause the product to deteriorate.
