How to use:
Break a piece of dental floss about 45 cm long and wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand.
Hold the dental floss between your thumb and forefinger, leaving a well-stretched portion of approximately 2.5 cm in the middle.
With careful back and forth movements, insert the dental floss between the teeth.
