Properties:
Mediket Versi contains piroctone olamine (Octopirox) and light ichthyol, which, combined with other ingredients in the gel, provide gentle skin care while eliminating the pathogen responsible for pityriasis versicolor. These substances also prevent itching associated with other skin conditions, such as seborrhea or atopy. Piroctone olamine (Octopirox) inhibits the growth of yeasts and bacteria, whose proliferation can cause excessive desquamation and other dermatological problems. Yeasts (Malassezia furfur or Pytirosporum ovale) are also responsible for the development of dark or light skin discolorations in pityriasis versicolor. Light ichthyol has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and reduces sebum production. Regular use of Mediket Versi gel can help lighten dark discolorations visible on the skin. With regular use, light discolorations disappear after sun exposure. Unlike universal dermatological cleansers, Mediket Versi lathers less, so it doesn't irritate the skin unnecessarily, but has a soothing effect. The product has been dermatologically tested.

How to use:
Mediket Versi gel should be used daily for the first two weeks of treatment and every other day for the next two weeks. Massage the gel thoroughly into the skin until a gentle lather is produced. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For the next four weeks, use Mediket Versi once a week. The product is suitable for adults and children aged 10 and over. It is paraben-free.
