Recommended intake:

Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with meals.

Milk thistle husk extract (Sylibum Marianum) (DER 36.4:1; 80% silymarin; turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa) powder; capsule material: cellulose derivative esters; bulking agent: rice flour; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
