After using it... I need to change my approach—the product is still there...
But on the other hand, the tablets aren't easy to swallow—they're very big and very hard... :-((
In short, the form definitely needs to be redesigned to be more flexible—for example, a powder capsule!?
It's always in my drawer; I tolerate this form very well, and I use it regularly to relieve stress and physical fatigue.
