Supplementary feed mixture supporting kidney function. For dogs and cats.

Phosphate is a universal conditioner for dogs and cats. However, in the long term, high phosphate intake should be avoided because excess phosphate is, in healthy animals, excreted via the kidneys. Phosphate binder contains a fine calcium carbonate powder that binds phosphates during digestion. This reduces the absorption of phosphates, which helps relieve the burden on the kidneys. In addition, the preparation contains B vitamins and vitamin C, which support the balance between absorption and excretion by the kidneys and prevent deficiencies. Contains natural poly-glucosamine chitosan, which helps bind nitrogen-containing nutrients.

Dietary supplements:

Composition: maltodextrin, calcium carbonate 20%, chitosan 16%, corn starch, magnesium carbonate 0.6%.

Analytical ingredients: crude protein 7.8%, crude fat <1.0%, crude fiber 0.4%, crude ash 21.6%, calcium 7.4%.

Application: twice a day, 1 flat measuring spoon (1 g) for every 10 kg of the animal's body weight. The recommended amount should be mixed with food. The animal should have constant access to fresh water.

In justified cases, Tierlieb phosphate binder may be administered permanently.

Note: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If renal function is limited, a phosphate binder should only be administered in consultation with a veterinarian and the dosage adjusted if necessary.
