Ingredients:
The aerial part of the thorn plant ( Xanthium s pinosum L. )

Active principles:
Flavones, xanthanolides, phytosterols, saponins, tannins, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, volatile oil, carotenoids

Mode of administration:
Internal: infusion - pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the plant. The dish is covered and left to rest for 10-15 minutes, after which it is strained. Drink three cups of tea a day, unsweetened, an hour before the main meals.

Contraindications:
In overdose, it causes discomfort and sweating. There are no known adverse effects at the recommended doses and method of use, except that some people may be allergic to any of the ingredients.
