Lemon essential oil (Citrus limon)

It improves microcirculation, has an antiseptic effect and is very good for oily and acne-prone skin. Improves firmness and elasticity and cares for skin prone to cellulite. Improves color, lightens spots, has a pulling effect, refreshes, brightens discolorations, has anti-inflammatory properties.

HOW TO USE:
Fill the tub with warm water and add essential oils (pre-mixed with the base oil). For a bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil.
Mass: add selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. Pour about 50 ml of carrier oil into a bowl or glass bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix. Store the mixture in an airtight bottle in a cool, dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. A teaspoon (5 ml) of base oil usually contains 2-3 drops of essential oils.
Spraying containers of water in an aroma burner or diffuser will fill the water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
