VitA POS is a sterile eye ointment designed to protect the eye's surface and improve the quality of the tear film.

Vitamin A, a natural component of the tear film, allows the ointment to mix well with tears and is generally well-tolerated.

Using VitA POS helps reduce the sensation of dryness, burning, fatigue, and friction when blinking.

Common causes of irritation, such as wind, cold air, air conditioning, sunlight, smoke, as well as prolonged computer use, nighttime driving, watching TV, or wearing contact lenses, can cause burning, itching, dry eyes, and foreign body sensations. VitA POS creates a protective, stable film on the eye's surface that helps alleviate these symptoms.

• The consistency of the ointment may temporarily cause blurred vision, so it is recommended to use it at night—before bedtime, which further facilitates opening the eyes in the morning and reduces discomfort upon waking.

Indications: 

Burning, itching, and dry eyes caused by factors such as:

• wind
• cold
• sunlight
• smoke
• air conditioning
• prolonged computer use
• watching TV
• night driving
• foreign body sensation. 

How to use:

• To apply VitA POS eye ointment, unscrew the cap from the tube and tilt your head back slightly
• Use the finger of one hand to gently pull down your lower eyelid. With the other hand, hold the tube vertically above your eye, gently squeeze, and place a small strip of ointment into the open conjunctival sac. Slowly close your eye and blink. Carefully close the tube with the cap
• The frequency of use depends on the severity of the condition and individual habits: VitA-POS can be used as a supplement to lubricating eye drops. Use once daily before going to bed
• For more severe cases of dry eyes: Apply 3 times daily to each eye
• If you feel that the dosage is insufficient, consult an ophthalmologist
• There is no time limit for using the product
• To avoid contamination, avoid touching the eye, face, or other surfaces with the tube tip.

Ingredients:

Retinol palmitate (vitamin A), solid and liquid paraffin, wax, white petrolatum.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, or contact lens wear.

Warnings:

• The product should only be used if the seal on the outer packaging was intact before first use
• Due to the presence of fatty ingredients, temporary blurred vision may occur after application of the ointment. During this time, do not drive, actively participate in road traffic, operate machinery, or perform work without adequate support
• Based on current knowledge, the ointment can be used on children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers
• Only one person should be treated with the contents of one tube
• Do not administer with other topical ophthalmic medications. If necessary, apply VitA-POS after 30 minutes. Store at room temperature (15-25°C), out of the reach and sight of children
• Use within 6 months after first opening
• Do not use after the expiration date
• In very rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions such as red, burning, itchy, and excessively watery eyes have been reported. These reactions resolved immediately after discontinuing treatment.
