How to use:
1 tablet daily between meals with water.

Ingredients:
Horsetail extract, vitamin C, nettle extract, zinc, pantothenic acid, vitamin B1, B2, B6, vitamin A, biotin. Bulking agents: cellulose, lactose (from milk); bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; binding agent: sorbitols; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
