The medicine contains the active substance xylometazoline hydrochloride at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. It acts locally by constricting the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa. Due to this, it reduces congestion, swelling and the amount of secretions, which effectively facilitates nasal breathing.

The product is indicated for use in cases of excessive nasal congestion resulting from hay fever, allergic rhinitis and rhinitis. In addition, the drug can be used as an adjunct to otitis media by reducing the congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa. It also facilitates nasal examination.
