Using cold/warm gel compress for the lumbar area
For hot therapy: 80º in hot water, for 10-15 minutes
Or you can use the microwave oven: 800W/ 35 seconds. If more heat is desired, an extra 10 seconds can be set.
For cold therapy: 30 minutes in the freezer.
During use, it is recommended that the product be wrapped in a clean and dry towel.
