How to use:
Quantity per day
- 0-3 months: 3-4 drops (60-80% RDA (WHO)/NRV*)
- 4-6 months: 4-6 drops (80-120% RDA (WHO)/NRV*)
- 7-12 months: 7-9 drops (120-130% RDA (WHO)/NRV*)
- 1-3 years: 10-12 drops (160-200% RDA (WHO)/NRV*)
- 4-6 years: 12-14 drops (200-230% RDA (WHO)/NRV*)
- 7-9 years: 13-16 drops (200-240% RDA (WHO)/NRV*)
- over 10 years and adults: 18-20 drops (225-250% RDA (WHO)/NRV*).

Precautions / Warnings:
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children
- Store at temperatures between 15-25°C, in the original packaging
