Hartmann Atrauman ^® is a non-adherent mesh dressing impregnated with a neutral ointment. It is intended for the treatment of wounds by the atraumatic method.

What are the properties of Atrauman ^® 5 cm x 5 cm ointment dressing?

Atrauman ^® hydrophobic tulle mesh dressing impregnated with neutral ointment does not contain active substances or allergens. The support material made of thin, soft and easily stretchable polyester guarantees constant and good contact with the wound.

The hydrophobic polyester fibers and smooth surface structure of the tulle mesh prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound while protecting it from drying out. The dressing also ensures good ventilation and oxygenation of the wound, which supports the natural healing process of the skin. It also allows the passage of wound secretions.
