Use

Apply an appropriate amount of scrub to dry scalp, separating hair strands. Wet your hands and massage until a light lather appears. Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse and wash your scalp with a shampoo tailored to your needs. Use every 7–10 days, depending on your skin's condition.
