It contributes beneficially in cases of nausea caused by:

• sudden movements of means of transport ( motion sickness),
• morning sickness during pregnancy,
• excessive alcohol consumption (hangover),
• premenstrual syndrome,
• viruses - gastroenteritis,
• stress.

Dosage

Adults and children 12 years and older : 10ml (one tablespoon). No more than 5 doses (50ml) should be taken per hour.

Children aged 2 to 12 years : 5ml (one teaspoon). No more than 5 doses (25ml) should be taken per hour.

Pregnant women : It is recommended to take 2 doses of 10ml (2x10ml), 15 minutes before getting out of bed. Repeat the 10ml dose if symptoms recur.

Travel/Excursions : It is recommended to take 2 doses, 15-30 minutes before the start of the journey. Repeat the dose every hour if the journey is long.

Consume without dilution .

It is not recommended to consume any type of liquid immediately before or after administration.
