Properties:
Sugar-free Blackcurrant Syrup is a valuable adjuvant in vitaminization and mineralization diets, but also in detoxification diets. The product is especially recommended for people with high blood sugar (or with a tendency to increase) due to the use of hypocaloric sweeteners instead of sugar. The syrup is also useful in weight loss diets, being a hypocaloric product. It increases diuresis by helping to eliminate uric acid, cleanse the kidneys and drain bile. The iron content (non-heme) of Blackcurrants supports the process of red blood cell formation (hematopoiesis), and the rutoside in these fruits contributes to blood fluidization, limiting capillary permeability and improving circulation. Thus, among the virtues of blackcurrant syrup are its anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antioxidant, cardiovascular and nervous tonic, fortifying, antianemic, depurative, and diuretic actions.

Ingredients:
Natural extract, obtained by cold pressing, from Blackcurrant fruits-(Ribes nigrum), demineralized water, sweeteners-(sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, acesulfame K), preservative-(sodium benzoate). 1 l of sugar-free (low-calorie) Blackcurrant syrup is obtained from 2 kg of fresh Blackcurrant fruits.
Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) has strengthening properties on the immune system, protects against the negative effects of oxidative stress and limits inflammatory processes in the body due to the vitamin C, anthocyanins and polyphenols it contains.

According to laboratory analyses, Blackcurrants are particularly valuable from a nutritional point of view, having in their composition: water (80%), carbohydrates (10 g%), proteins (0.9 g%), fats (0.09 g%). In addition, the nutritional and sanogenic properties of these fruits are due to compounds such as: vitamin C (200 mg%), vitamin B6 (78 mg%), vitamin B1 (52 mg%), vitamin B2 (27 mg%), vitamin A (23 mg%), vitamin PP (niacin) (29 mg%), calcium (45 mg%), potassium (300 mg%), phosphorus (40 mg%), iron (0.8 mg%), zinc (0.15 mg%), magnesium (0.3 mg%). Blackcurrants also contain: tannins, rutoside, anthocyanins, polyphenols, beta-carotene, cellulose (5.6 mg%), tartaric acid (3.2 mg%), citric acid (2.91 mg%), malic acid (0.38 mg%) and pectin.

How to use:
The average dose is 3-4 tablespoons, and the maximum is 6 tablespoons per day (1 tablespoon = 15ml), dissolved in a large glass of water. It can be consumed in long-term treatments. Shake before use.
