Scented candle: put warm water in the candle saucer, add 3-5 drops of oil and light the candle.
Bath: diluted in water, add before starting the bath and not before, because due to the heat it evaporates very easily. Thus, for a bath, put 4-6 drops of essential oil (or 4-6 drops of mixture) in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or 2 tablespoons of base oil, then pour the composition into the tub and mix well. The bath will last 10-20 minutes.
For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to skin - may cause irritation. Not recommended for use in skin care products. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use during pregnancy, lactation or on young children without medical advice. Do not swallow or leave within reach of children.
