Coal The Brow Pencil, 1 piece, West Barn

Properties:
- the West Barn Co The Brow Pencil creates soft, hair-like brows for a natural-looking finish;
- having a twist-up format, the pencil has a fine tip at one end that helps to fill in the sparse areas of the eyebrows, adding depth and color;
- in addition, the other end is provided with a spoolie brush to help fade, shape and brush the hairs in place.

How to use:
Use the pencil to draw lines and build color, then brush to arrange and blend with the brush.
