A symbiotic that combines inulin (prebiotic) and 4 species of probiotic bacteria. In total, each capsule contains 4 billion colony forming units (CFU).

Ingredients: inulin, gelatin, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (color), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

1 capsule contains: inulin 272 mg, Lactobacillus casei 1.3 billion. cfu*, Bifidobacterium bifidum 1.3 billion. cfu*, Lactobacillus rhamnosus 1.0 billion. cfu*, Streptococcus thermophilus 0.4 billion. cfu*.

Recommended dose:

2 capsules per day.
