Chamomile dry extract 3:1 15%; boswellia gum resin 12%; mallow flowers and leaves 12%; Nepeta cataria dry extract 8%; vitamin C 8%; psyllium husk 7%; flax seeds 7%; charcoal 7%; bamboo fruit dry extract 10%; young cranberry shoots 5%; lactobaccillus reuteri SGL01 5%; bifidobacterium infantis ATCC15702 1%; thickening agents: gum arabic 3%; microcrystalline cellulose 3%.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 - 3 tablets after main meals, equivalent to 1 - 2 grams per day, corresponding to 160 mg of vitamin C equal to 32% of the RDA and 2 x ^10⁸ of Bifidobacterium infantis and 10.5 x ^10⁸ of Lactobaccillus reuteri.
