Doppelherz system MAGNESIUM 400 CITRATE combines a high dose of magnesium in organic citrate form with vitamin B6 and vitamin C. The fruity drink granules dissolve easily in water and are suitable for targeted supplementation of daily magnesium intake.

Each sachet provides 400 mg of magnesium . Magnesium contributes to the normal function of muscles and the nervous system . Furthermore, magnesium supports normal energy metabolism, contributes to electrolyte balance and the maintenance of normal bones, and plays a role in cell division.

Magnesium is supplemented with 5 mg of vitamin B6 . Vitamin B6 contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Additionally, a daily serving contains 27 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

The combination is particularly suitable for supplementing the diet in cases of increased magnesium requirements, for example in connection with physical exertion and a simultaneously unbalanced diet.

Recommended intake

Dissolve the contents of one sachet completely in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and drink once a day.

It is recommended to take magnesium if there is an increased need for it due to physical exertion, for example during sports, if there is also an unbalanced diet.

If the only issue is a magnesium-deficient diet, the manufacturer recommends dissolving the contents of half a sachet in approximately 100 ml of water and drinking it daily.
