Doppelherz system MAGNESIUM 400 CITRATE is a dietary supplement for the targeted supply of magnesium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C. The convenient drinkable granules contain magnesium in organic citrate form and dissolve easily in water.

A daily serving provides 400 mg of magnesium . Magnesium contributes to the normal function of muscles and the nervous system . It also supports normal energy metabolism and contributes to electrolyte balance.

The formula is supplemented with 5 mg of vitamin B6 and 27 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended intake

Dissolve the contents of one sachet completely in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and drink once a day.
