Dulcostevin powder, 25g, Vitalia
Description
Dulcostevina powder, 25g, Vitalia
It is the pure extract from the plant, conditioned in the form of a whitish powder, with such a strong sweetening effect that when placed on the tongue as such, it first gives the sensation of bitterness. A pinch of this powder has a stronger sweetening effect than two teaspoons of sugar. Be careful, however, the sweet taste of dulcostevine is a little different from that of sugar, for some it takes some getting used to. But all those who consumed Dulcostevina instead of sugar for several months got used to the taste of the natural extract and even found it pleasant.
Way of ussage:
The powder is added to teas and lemonades, as well as fruit salads for sweetening (equivalent to a pinch for a sweetening effect similar to that of two teaspoons of sugar). Also, the powder is used instead of sugar in various recipes for the preparation of sweets. In principle, a pinch of dulcostevin is equivalent to a spoonful of sugar, but in practice you will have to do several trials to find the proportions that suit you.
