Enterogermina FORTE is a probiotic that contains spores of a multiresistant strain of Bacillus clausii, an antidiarrheal preparation for restoring the intestinal microflora.
Action
Bacillus clausii spores, which are present in the preparation, are usually present in the intestine and do not show pathogenic activity. Thanks to the action of Bacillus clausii, the preparation restores the suppressed intestinal microflora as a result of treatment with preparations that lead to dysbiosis. In addition, due to the ability of Bacillus clausii to synthesize various vitamins, especially from the B group, the preparation helps to correct disvitaminosis caused by the use of antibiotics or chemotherapeutic preparations. Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
BENEFITS
Probiotics have several functions in the human body:
Suppression of pathogenic microflora;
Restoration of normal microflora;
Synthesis of vitamins, mainly of the B group.
The antimicrobial effect of probiotics containing Bacillus clausii begins within 2 hours.
The use of a probiotic reduces the following side effects from the first day of administration of the antibiotic: abdominal pain;
The probiotic has immunomodulatory activity.
Bacteria of the Bacillus clausii strain contained in probiotics are among the most studied probiotic microorganisms.
These are:
Resistant to gastric juice, bile acids, antibacterial preparations.
They have a studied mechanism of action and a proven high safety profile.
Microorganisms of the Bacillus clausii strain are recommended by the World Organization of Gastroenterology and are approved for use during pregnancy and lactation.
Indications for use
Treatment and prevention of intestinal dysbiosis and associated endogenous dysvitaminosis.
Adjunctive therapy aimed at restoring the normal intestinal microflora, which is disturbed during treatment with antibiotics or chemotherapeutic preparations.
Acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases in infants associated with intoxication or intestinal dysbiosis and dysvitaminosis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Method of administration and dosage
Adults 5 ml (1 vial) per day.
Children: the preparation is used in infants and children in a dose of 5 ml (1 bottle) per day.
The contents of the vial are administered undiluted or diluted in water or other beverages (eg milk, tea or orange juice).
This medicine is for oral use only.
It is not administered parenterally or otherwise.
The duration of the treatment is determined by the doctor, depending on the patient's condition and the evolution of the disease.
Treatment and prevention of intestinal dysbiosis and associated endogenous dysvitaminosis - 5-7 days.
Auxiliary therapy is aimed at restoring the normal intestinal microflora, which is disturbed during treatment with antibiotics or chemotherapeutic preparations - during antibiotic therapy (on average 5-10 days).
Acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases in infants associated with intoxication or intestinal dysbiosis and disvitaminosis: acute - 5-7 days, chronic - up to 30 days.
BOYS
The preparation can be used in children older than 28 days.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
There are no contraindications for the use of the preparation during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
