Ingredients:

Dicalcium phosphate, Soybean germ extract (Glycine hispida) with 40% isoflavones, microcrystalline cellulose, 100:1 grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera), dl-alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E 50%), croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

How to use:

• 1-2 tablets per day in the evening or one in the morning and one in the evening, one hour after meals, depending on the intensity and number of hot flashes or other symptoms
• Administration begins with 2 tablets per day for the first two weeks, then continues with 1 tablet per day
• If hot flashes or other bothersome symptoms return in number and intensity, return to 2 tablets per day for another two weeks
• Administer orally
• For optimal effect, it is recommended to avoid food and liquid consumption for one hour after administration
• For maximum effect, a course of at least 6 months is recommended.

Precautions:

Not recommended for use by people allergic to Soy or who have hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients of the product.
