Properties:
To maintain the health of the respiratory system. Useful in relieving productive or dry cough, in flu, viral, bronchitis or pneumonia conditions. It has expectorant and fluidifying effects of bronchial secretions, bronchodilator, antitussive, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory.

Contribute to:

Ingredients:
Mallow (Althaea officinalis) - root (20%), pine (Pinus sylvestris) - buds (20%), peppermint (Mentha piperita) - aerial part (15%), anise (Pimpinella anisum) - fruit (10%), wood - sweet (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - root (10%), stone lichen (Icelandia cerenia) - tal (10%), scallion (Eryngium planum) - aerial part (10%), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) - flowers (5%).

Administration method:
- the powder for sublingual administration - the plants are finely ground with an electric grinder. Take one grated teaspoon 3 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water;
- cold maceration - prepared from a teaspoon of powder (obtained by grinding plants with an electric grinder) added to 250ml of cold water, kept for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strained and drunk on an empty stomach empty Administer 3 cups of macerated per day, 30 minutes before meals;
- infusion - prepare from a spoonful of herbs added to 250ml of boiling water, keep at room temperature for 15 minutes, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day, 30 minutes before meals.
