Gluten-free organic potato and quinoa gnocchi, 400g, Fior di Loto
These potato dumplings with quinoa are perfect for those who cannot consume gluten. Perfect with any type of sauce, from vegetable ragu to pesto to vegetable creams.
How to use:
1. Boil water, add a little salt and then gnocchi. When the gnocchi rise to the surface, drain and serve.
2. Alternatively, you can fry the gnocchi for 5-7 minutes in a pan with oil or butter, until golden. They can be combined with different sauces made from tomatoes, cheeses, butter, cream, mushrooms or different vegetables.
Precautions:
Allergens - May contain traces of soy.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
After opening, keep in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.
