- 3 g of L-Carnitine
- 800 mg of DHA - docosahexaenoic acid

DHA is a fatty acid belonging to the omega-3 family. It is mainly found in fish oil and microalgae oil.
It is also found in eggs, milk or cheese if the animals have been fed products rich in DHA.
100% RDI in zinc and 91% RDI in selenium
Selenium and zinc are two trace elements that play an important role in male reproductive mechanisms.
Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Zinc plays a role in the cell division process and contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
