Recommended daily dose

1 capsule 2 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The estimated period of use of a package is 45 days.

The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight.
