Description
Food supplement based on lactase that helps break down lactose.
100% vegan.

Ingredients
Lactase (1,500 NLU), preservative (glycerol), water.

Gluten free.

How to use
Take 5-10 drops.
Add 5 drops to 1 liter of milk or other sweet, liquid dairy products. Stir/shake and refrigerate for 24 hours.
After this, at least 80% of the lactose is broken down. Add more drops for a higher conversion rate.
For direct ingestion, take 5-10 drops per 125 ml of milk product, depending on the degree of lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance varies.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Take food intolerances into account.
A dietitian can advise on how to deal with intolerances.

Conservation
Store away from sunlight in a dry place at room temperature.
