Vitamin C contributes to: - maintaining the good functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion (the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg more than the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.), - good functioning of the immune system , - good functioning of the nervous system if the correct functioning of the psyche, - correct formation of collagen and correct functioning of bones, cartilages and skin, - protection of cells against oxidative stress, - reduction of exhaustion and fatigue, - increased absorption of iron.

Vitamin D contributes to: - proper metabolism, important for energy production, - proper absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and normal blood calcium levels, - maintenance of healthy bones and maintenance of healthy teeth, - maintenance of proper muscle function, immune system function ,- plays a role in the process of cell division.

Mode of use

The recommended dose is 1 tablet once a day with a glass of water.
