Vitamin C is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It is involved in many body functions, including collagen formation, iron absorption, immune system functioning, wound healing and maintenance of cartilage, bone and teeth health.
Before consuming products containing iron, you should find out its level in the blood, because the body cannot eliminate excessive amounts of it. The dose for children, pregnant and lactating women is determined by the doctor, therapeutic doses for adults are usually 15-25 mg of iron per day.
Mode of administration:
Daily portion (adult): 2 x 1 teaspoon per day (2 x 5 ml). Shake well before use. The bottle contains: 20 daily servings.
