I normally woke up before 2am every night. It's not a miracle pill, but from the first time I tried it, I did not woke up. I have almost 2 weeks of talking them and I manage to sleep from 10:30 - ish till almost 5 in the morning. I normally can't remember to take them an hour before bed time. I just take it before I go to sleep. My issue is not falling asleep, but staying asleep and getting a good rest. So they are helping me so far. I got other, cheaper brand that I tried first but they did nothing for me, quick enough. So I will surely buy those ones again.
Best I've tried. It takes effect after a few days of use.
Read originalWorth it! The effects are not seen immediately, they appear after about a month of use. They are a bit expensive but of everything I've tried so far, they work the best. Should be taken about 2 hours before bedtime.
