Take 20 ml daily, using the enclosed measuring cup (2 tablespoons), either concentrated or diluted with water, preferably in the morning. For short-term replenishment of magnesium stores, 40 ml (4 tablespoons) can also be taken daily.

Aqueous herbal extract (34%) from: chamomile, bitter fennel fruit, bitter orange peel, carrots, spinach.
Magnesium gluconate, honey, water, magnesium citrate, natural flavorings.

Storage instructions and shelf life
They should be stored out of the reach of children.

Do not store unopened bottles above 25°C.

The contents are not chemically preserved. Therefore, please reseal tightly immediately after opening and store upright in the refrigerator.
