The special ingredients:

1. Macrogol

2. Manuka honey

3. Lavender oil

4. Thyme oil

Instructions for use:

1. Can be applied several times a day for wound care, as needed.

2. If necessary, carefully clean the wound edges.

3. Apply ManukaLind generously. Complete contact must be ensured between ManukaLind and the wound bed. Fill wound cavities directly with ManukaLind.

4. A suitable sterile dressing can be used to cover the treated wound.

5. When interactive dressings are used (e.g., polyfoam or hydrocolloids), it must be ensured that they do not contain any active ingredients, as there is no experience yet regarding their compatibility with ManukaLind.

6. The wound dressing should be changed when it is saturated with wound secretion (exudate), or when the covering dressing allows wound secretion to pass through.

7. When removing/changing the dressing, rinse/clean the wound with water if necessary and reapply ManukaLind.

8. When providing wound care or changing dressings, the currently valid guidelines for hygiene and infection prevention must be followed. This includes at least thorough hand disinfection, the use of sterile disposable gloves, and a face mask.

   Ideally, store the ointment in its original packaging, protecting it from light and moisture, and out of the reach of children. The storage temperature should not exceed 25°C.

9. Do not bring the opening of the tube into direct contact with the wound. Use one tube per patient.

10. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly.

11. A slight burning or stinging sensation may occur after application. If discomfort persists, remove the dressing, rinse the wound with water, and consult your doctor if necessary.

12. In case of allergic reactions, stop treatment immediately and contact your doctor.
