Pure mastic from Chios
DescriptionMastiha is the natural resin of Pistacia lentiscus var. Chia, a tree that grows only on the island of Chios in the Aegean Sea, Greece, with numerous beneficial properties used since ancient times.
How to use
To be administered orally.
If you crush Mastiha, you get a kind of powder, which can be used to flavor bread, cookies, yogurt, and pastries.
To prepare a digestive drink: add 50 g of Mastiha to a liter of water and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
The colder the Mastiha, the easier it is to spray without sticking.
Conservation
Store at temperatures between 15°C and 30°C.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.
