Properties:

Ingredients:
The aerial part of the horsetail plant (Equisetum arvense L.)
Active principles:
Silicon dioxide, equisetonin, flavonosides, volatile oil, potassium salts, salicylic acid.

Way of ussage:
Internally : add 250 ml of hot water to 1-2 teaspoons of the plant. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes, then filter. Drink 3 unsweetened teas a day, 1 hour before the main meals.
External: washes, baths and compresses are done.

Warnings:
There are no known adverse effects at the recommended doses and method of use, except that some people may be allergic to any of the ingredients.
