Modified milk for children over 1 year, NAN Expertpro HA 3, 800 g, Nestlé

NAN® Expert Pro HA 3 by Nestlé® is a formula intended for healthy children over 1 year of age who are at increased risk of developing an allergy to cow's milk proteins (for example, when one of the family members is allergic) and who are not breastfed.

It is a continuation of the follow-on milk NAN® Expert Pro HA 2.

• Partially hydrolyzed proteins
• Immunonutrients: zinc*, iron*, vitamins A* and C*, i.e. minerals and vitamins involved in the proper functioning of the immune system
• DHA and ARA, i.e. essential unsaturated fatty acids from the omega-3 and omega-6 families
• L. reuteri bacteria cultures
• Vegetable oils: sunflower and rapeseed without palm oil.

The 2-phase hydrolysis process used during production splits whole milk into smaller fragments at precisely defined points and allows obtaining hydrolyzed proteins, suitable for children at high risk of cow's milk protein allergy.

Preparing a portion of NAN® Expert Pro HA 3 milk is very simple and takes little time. Just pour the powder into boiled water and stir until completely dissolved.

Indications:

For healthy children over 1 year of age who are at increased risk of developing an allergy to cow's milk protein (for example, when a family member is allergic) and who cannot be breastfed for various reasons.

Ingredients:

Lactose (from milk), vegetable oils (sunflower oil, coconut oil, rapeseed oil), whey protein isolate (from milk), whey protein concentrate (from milk), calcium glycerophosphate, calcium phosphate, potassium citrate, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, L-arginine, sodium citrate, fish oil, L-histidine, Mortierella alpina oil, vitamins (C, pantothenic acid, niacin, E, B2, A, B1, B6, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12), L-tyrosine, sodium chloride, Lactobacillus reuteri cultures (DSM 17938**), iron (II) sulphate, zinc sulphate, copper (II) sulphate, manganese sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate (VI).

How to use:

• Children over 1 year: 1 portion consists of 210 ml of boiled water and 7 level scoops of powder
• It is recommended to administer 3-2 portions of formula milk and 2-3 other meals per day as part of a varied diet
• The portion indicated corresponds to the average that a child of a given age will eat, depending on individual needs
• The number of meals may also vary
• Always consult your doctor about the number of meals
• Wash your hands, the bottle, the teat and the cap thoroughly
• Then boil the bottle, the teat and the cap for 5 minutes and leave them covered until ready to use
• Boil the drinking water and wait for it to cool. To maintain the appropriate number of live bacterial cultures, boiled water should be at a temperature close to body temperature, approximately 37°C
• Following the recommendations in the feeding table, pour the appropriate amount of warm water into the bottle and add the powder
• To measure the powder, use only the measuring spoon included in the package
• After use, check that the measuring spoon is dry and put it back in the package
• Close the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dry place
• Cap the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder has completely dissolved
• Before serving, check the temperature of the food by shaking a few drops of milk on your wrist.

Contraindications:

Do not use in children with a known allergy to cow's milk proteins.

Warnings:

• Nestlé NAN Expert Pro HA 3 is only part of a baby's varied diet during and after weaning
• It cannot replace breast milk for the first 6 months of a baby's life
• A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the health of the baby
• The introduction of other types of formula or cow's milk into the baby's diet must be done under the supervision of a doctor
• Follow the preparation instructions
• Inadequate preparation and storage can be life-threatening for the baby
• Underboiled bottles, unboiled water or incorrect preparation of formula can harm your baby
• Use only the measuring spoon included in the package
• Using more or less powder than recommended can cause malnutrition or dehydration in the baby
• Do not change the ratio of powder and water without consulting your doctor.
• Prepare only one portion at a time and serve it to your baby as soon as it is prepared
• Throw away any uneaten food
• Always hold your baby while feeding
• A baby left unattended could suffocate
• Store the package in a cool, dry place
• Once opened, use the contents of the package within 3 weeks.
