Ocean fish oil contains two essential polyunsaturated fatty acids in high concentrations: eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid.
They are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, which, at their level, are responsible for: cardiovascular function; reduction of cholesterol and triglyceride levels; and platelet aggregation, reducing the risk of atherosclerosis, hypertension, and myocardial infarction.
By reducing blood viscosity, they help improve blood circulation, increasing the oxygen supply to tissues. Fish oil has also been shown to have a beneficial effect on people with psoriasis and multiple sclerosis.
Ingredients per recommended daily dose (3 capsules):
Ocean fish oil (cod and shark) 1500.00 mg.
How to use:
It is recommended to take one capsule three times daily with a glass of liquid (mineral water, fruit juice), preferably during or after a meal.
