Description
Powdered food supplement indicated to balance daily fiber deficiency with the dual purpose of providing intestinal bacteria with sufficient essential nutrients and regulating digestion.
In the presence of constipation, fiber increases fecal volume, making the stool softer and thus facilitating its evacuation.
In the presence of diarrhea, however, fibers help thicken liquid stools thanks to their notable expansion capacity.
Product suitable for vegans.

How to use
We recommend taking one level scoop twice daily (two 5g doses). If necessary, the dosage may be increased by one scoop per week, up to a maximum of 5 scoops per day. Add the contents of one level scoop (5g) to approximately 200ml of liquid and stir until the powder has completely dissolved. The product can be added to drinks, soups, or yogurt without altering the flavor or consistency.

Warnings
The product contains no animal protein, gluten, soy, or lactose and is suitable for those with lactose intolerance. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
