Description
Due to its high alpha-linolenic acid content (approx. 54%), linseed oil is one of the most valuable vegetable oils. Its beneficial properties have made it a sought-after cooking oil for centuries, and it tastes particularly good with boiled potatoes and quark. Because linseed oil has a very limited shelf life (3 months) due to its high omega-3 content, the manufacturer presses it fresh daily.
Only selected, bitter-free raw materials are used, which are then processed in the particularly gentle Omega-Safe process in the absence of light, heat and oxygen.
