Properties:
MTC (Medium Triglyceride Chain), or liquid coconut oil, is obtained from coconut oil, resulting in a similar product, but in which the fats are broken down into medium chains. Because of this, coconut fats are easier to digest and are linked to several aspects of health benefits that stem from the way they are processed more quickly by the human body. MTC oil has a high content of lauric, caprylic and capric acids, which qualifies it to be the ideal oil to add to dishes, purees, salads, smoothies or even coffee, because, through rapid assimilation, it offers a boosting of energy and brain function.

Ingredients:

• medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil and rapeseed oil from certified organic crops.

Way of ussage:

-You can use MCT oils the same way you would use olive oil or butter.
