Properties:
It contains important micronutrients for the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, selenium, iron, copper and zinc can contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Vitamin A, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), biotin and niacin can help to maintain the health of mucous membranes (for example, the mucous membrane of the mouth).
- Vitamin A, thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, iodine, manganese, iron and copper can contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B2, zinc, copper, selenium and manganese can help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Administration method:
Dissolve the powder in 150 - 200 ml of still water and take it before or after a meal, once a day.

Resistant Maize Dextrin, Glucose, Acid Citric Acid, Sodium L-Ascorbate, L-Ascorbic Acid, DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, Zinc Gluconate, Ferrous Gluconate, Nicotinamide, Flavouring, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, sweetener sucralose, calcium D-pantothenate, citrus extract rich in bioflavonoids (from Citrus sp.), tocopherol mixture, manganese sulfate, beta-carotene, cupric sulfate, sodium molybridate, lutein-rich extract from Tagetes erecta, retinyl acetate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, potassium iodide, lycopene (from Solanum lycopersicum), D-biotin, chromium (III) chloride, sodium selenate, phylloquinone, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.

Very strong multi vitamin. Good for those who go through times of weak immune system. I recommend hearing the advice of your doctor, because there may be doses of different substances that could interfere with some health problems we have!(kidney problems, thyroid problems...)
