Vitamin K2 MK-7 (menaquinone-7) contained in the Protego Vitamin K2 + D3 MAX product is obtained as a result of a patented fermentation process using Bacillus subtilis natto, which was isolated from the Japanese dish Natto.

Vitamin K supports the maintenance of healthy bones. It influences bone metabolism in osteoblasts, supporting the production and maintenance of proper bone structure. It also contributes to proper blood clotting.

Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones and teeth. It supports the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus, maintaining the proper level of calcium in the blood, and also participates in the process of cell division. Additionally, vitamin D supports the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system.
