Properties:
Raw bee pollen is a VIU food and is considered a panacea that nature makes available to us, thanks to the content of vitamins (A, beta-carotenoids, E, group of B vitamins), minerals, amino acids, bioflavonoids as well as probiotics, lactoferments and bifidobacteria. It has an antioxidant effect, protecting the body against the action of free radicals and can contribute to the regeneration of cells, penetrates the aging process, can protect nerve cells and muscle fiber, can support the immune system during periods of mental and physical overload and convalescence. Between the carotenoids and lactic ferments present in raw rock rose pollen there is a unique synergy that can protect the colon against inflammation. Carotenoids can contribute to the integrity of the mucous membranes, probiotics can help to restructure the intestinal flora, and the rich fiber content can regulate intestinal transit. Thanks to the lactic ferments and the content of antioxidants, carotenoids, polyphenols and vitamin E, it favors the absorption of calcium.

How to use:
Adults: 2-3 spoons (20-30g)/day (one after the main meals);
Children (3-10 years): 1 teaspoon (5g)/day, after breakfast.
The raw pollen can be administered as such or in combination with fruit juice or a fruit salad.
We recommend 7-week courses, at least 2 times a year: spring, in periods with low immunity, and autumn to prepare for the cold season, but it can be consumed all year round, without restrictions.

Storage conditions:
It must be kept in the freezer, at temperatures between -5 and -18 degrees C. The raw pollen lasts only 5-6 days outside the freezer in the original packaging (in the protective atmosphere) and 2-3 days in the refrigerator after unsealing.
Freezing is the ideal way to keep intact the nutritional and therapeutic qualities of raw pollen.
Although it is kept in the freezer, it does not freeze, due to the low water content inside the pollen grain (8-10%). This allows consumption immediately after it is taken out of the freezer. The raw pollen can be taken out and put back in the freezer countless times, without any risk of quality deterioration.
