Properties:
- it can contribute to relaxation and increase the quality of sleep, it can regulate palpitations and it can reduce stomach muscle contractions, caused by stress and nervousness;
- the association of the two plant extracts (Valerian and Passion Flower) represents a traditional combination used to relieve states of unjustified panic, anxiety, nervous hyperexcitability, stress, sleep disorders;
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) can help relieve nervousness, regulate heart palpitations and induce a restful sleep;
- it can calm muscle spasms, in stomach colic of a nervous nature, it can reduce sensitivity in vomiting states;
- the passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is known for its calming effect due to the presence of harmonic alkaloids and flavones;
- it can inhibit motor activity, increase breathing frequency, help remove nervousness and induce restful sleep.

Administration method:
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day (in nervousness, stress, overwork) 1-2 tablets, 1 hour before bed (for a peaceful sleep).

Active ingredients:
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) – 80 mg, Passiflora/Passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata) – 40 mg.
